About the Role We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Mid-Market Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and scale our Mid-Market Account Executive team in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. This is a high-impact role where you will shape the Mid-Market sales strategy, drive consistent revenue growth, and foster a culture of performance, accountability, and collaboration. This role is based in our The Hague office. Key Responsibilities Own the Mid‑Market sales strategy, including segmentation, forecasting, pipeline generation and management, and territory planning.
