Position Summary : Axalta is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Batch Maker to join our manufacturing team on the night shift. This role is responsible for producing high-quality coating products by following batch formulas, handling raw materials, operating production equipment, and maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Manufacture batches according to production formulas and work instructions. Accurately weigh, measure, and mix raw materials. Handle solvents, resins, pigments, and other production materials. Operate mixing and production equipment safely and efficiently. Complete batch records and production documentation.
