Quality Assurance: Build and maintain a risk‑based internal audit program (process, product, and system); publish findings, track nonconformances, and drive CAPA to verified closure. Serve as site representative/auditee for customer, regional, and third‑party audits; ensure timely closure of external audit findings with cross‑functional owners. Generate, track, and close all audit records in the QMS in velocity with complete evidence. Training and capability Develop internal auditor capability (training, shadowing, qualifications) and deliver QMS orientation/refresher training across functions. Manufacturing and product quality Lead SPC/MSA deployment; guide QC on study design, execution, and interpretation to improve process capability and measurement integrity.…
