About this role

Provide reactive and proactive technical support for customers including machine and process troubleshooting Coordinate hot issues with regional product support, customer operations and regional service managers Act as high-level technical resource for all of applications as well as sales, field service, product marketing and, of course, our customers Design/conduct/directs complex experiments/field tests to ascertain hitherto unknown information Coordinate and qualify customer trials, experiments, and JDP's Interpret and communicate results Prepare detailed scientific reports and comprehensive proposals Perform scientific or mathematical analysis and calculations Contribute ideas which improve our product or processes Understand and interpret business and technology trends Publish technic…
