About Bei AS Legal, der Rechtsabteilung der Axel Springer SE, arbeitest du an der Schnittstelle von Recht und Wirtschaft und gestaltest aktiv die strategische Entwicklung des Konzerns. Das Legal-Team „Corporate and M&A Legal & Antitrust“ berät zu gesellschaftsrechtlichen und kartellrechtlichen Themen, betreut nationale und internationale Unternehmenstransaktionen und begleitet Umstrukturierungen. Gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Syndikusrechtsanwälten unterstützt du Geschäftsbereiche und Management bei allen rechtlichen Fragestellungen – praxisnah, lösungsorientiert und mit direktem Bezug zum Business.
