About this role

We are seeking experienced Contract Negotiation attorneys specializing in the healthcare industry and with experience advising hospitals, large healthcare systems or large physician groups. This role involves overseeing complex contracting processes with a focus on vendor and payer-side agreements. Responsibilities: Lead and manage the negotiation and execution of external client contracts, particularly with healthcare vendors, focusing on Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
