About this role

We are currently seeking Commercial Lawyers to work with a variety of Axiom clients across a broad range of industries. Responsibilities: Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including supplier, customer, services, licensing and confidentiality agreements. Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice to internal stakeholders on contractual risk, compliance and business priorities. Partner with sales, procurement, finance and other business teams to support transactions, manage negotiations and resolve contract-related issues.
