The client coordinators & team leads at SCB report to you. You own the client experience, the schedule, the admin systems & the daily rhythm of the clinic THROUGH your team. You coach them, hold the standard & build coordinators who get better every month. Therapists start their day with clean schedules. Clients feel taken care of from first call to final visit.
