About this role
About Position requires a minimum of a Bachelor or Master of Science Degree in Civil Engineering with course work in Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering. Experience levels require a minimum of 5 years Geotechnical experience in transportation projects performing Soil Survey, Bridge or Wall Foundation Investigation, Pavement Evaluation, etc., to meet DOT, AASHTO LRFD requirements. Professional registration (E.I.T., or P.E.) and experience with GDOT is preferred. Must have excellent verbal, written and communication skills including familiarity with various commercial geotechnical engineering software and laboratory testing.…
