岗位职责
作为 IT Support Engineer，您将作为公司 IT 服务的第一响应人，与全球开发、研究、交易及行政团队紧密合作，保障办公环境与员工端 IT 基础设施的稳定高效运行。
您的工作包括：
- 为员工提供日常 IT 支持，覆盖笔记本/工作站（Windows / macOS / Linux）、外设、打印、视频会议等软硬件问题的排查与解决，及时响应并闭环跟进内部工单
- 负责员工入职/离职的 IT 流程，包括设备准备、账号开通与回收、权限配置（邮箱、SSO、VPN、内部系统等）
- 参与办公网络（有线/无线/VPN）、会议室系统与办公 IT 基础设施的部署、监控与维护，协助机房与服务器的基础运维
- 执行终端安全策略（MDM、补丁管理、防病毒等），协助落实 IT 安全与合规要求 - 管理 IT 资产的采购、登记与生命周期，维护 IT 文档与内部知识库
- 通过脚本与自动化工具（如 Python / Shell）减少重复性支持工作，持续改进 IT 服务流程与效率
岗位要求
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、电子信息、通信等相关专业优先
