The HRIS Manager will lead the Workday platform and an in-house HRIS team, owning system configuration, governance, releases, and integration oversight. This role blends hands-on Workday expertise with people leadership, shaping how Workday supports both business and employee experience, while building a high-performing team across regions (currently US and India). This role is best suited for a leader who is enthusiastic about developing their team members, improving processes, and providing guidance in a fast-paced environment.
