As a Team Leader Claims Handling you will be responsible for the operational management and coaching of a team in charge of the analysis and processing of claims files opened by our drivers. You will report directly to the Insurance Manager. In close cooperation with your team, you realize the objectives and, if necessary, take action for adjustment. You will actively participate in the improvement of processes by updating procedures and reporting which will be used to steer the activity.
