About this role
The primary function of this role is performing system adjustments accurately during real time delivery release through an extensive and complex multi-system checks-and-balance research process. A Returns Coordinator maintains an open flow of communication between Delivery Managers, Depots, Customer Care, Returns, Inventory Control and WMS Operations, supporting a cooperative Management Team to research, assess, identify and enact systemic, account and inventory corrections.
