About this role

The Boiler Performance Manager is responsible for supervising boiler performance engineering activities associated with BPS projects, including department workload planning, proposal support, contract execution, engineering quality, schedule adherence, and technical deliverables. Essential Responsibilities Update the department manpower loading plan monthly. Use the workload plan to support the following decisions: Individual engineer assignments. Overall project schedules. Engineering overtime requirements. Engineering support required from outside the department. Oversee contract execution from the Contract Kick-off meeting through completion of the Acceptance Test Report and conclusion of results engineering.…
