About this role

THE OPPORTUNITY The Junior Network Technician assists network staff with daily operations and offers support for various projects. This position involves implementation of network infrastructure (configuration and deployment) as well as day-to-day production support and customer interfacing opportunities. WHAT YOU WILL DO Utilize port inventory data to continue Babson’s campus wide wired port reduction initiative. Survey WiFi signal strength using specialized equipment as directed by NEO Staff. Assist NEO staff with scripting and small software projects as directed. Create logical diagrams of network closets using software as directed by NEO staff. Assist NEO staff with configuration, deployment, and installation of network switches.…
