What The Role Is
Babylist is looking for a Fulfillment Operations Lead for our weekend shift at our fulfillment center in Commercial Point,Ohio. You'll work the floor alongside the team, but your focus is keeping our inventory accurate — solid counts, clean receiving and putaway, and fast resolution when the numbers don't match. You'll give direction, answer questions, and be the go-to person for anything inventory-related on the weekend shift. You won't manage people directly, but you'll set the standard for how inventory gets handled. It's a strong fit for someone with warehouse and inventory experience who's ready for more responsibility and may want to grow into a leadership role.…
