Project Monitor Analyst The Opportunity: Provide grants management support to a U.S. Department of Energy client supporting the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant ( EECBG ) program. Work with a team to support all aspects of the grant management lifecycle, including solicitation, procurement, project initiation, and monitoring through closeout. Monitor project performance, reviewing cost, schedule, and milestones. Prepare technical evaluations of reporting requirement submissions and provide written reports and briefs to illustrate status and accomplishments.
