About the Role: The Branch Administrative Supervisor (BAS) is primarily responsible for supervising the work of the branch support staff, including onboarding, training, development, and ongoing associate communication. The position also includes planning, directing, and organizing the branch’s administrative work, developing and recommending branch procedures, and researching and completing special projects. In addition, the Branch Administrative Supervisor performs advanced administrative, industry, and professional support functions for the Branch Manager and/or Financial Advisor(s) .
