The BAM Companies is seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant Intern to join our property management team. This internship offers a hands-on introduction to the real estate industry, providing direct exposure to sales, marketing, and resident relations within our private equity real estate portfolio.
As a Leasing Intern, you will be on the "front line" of our communities, learning how to drive occupancy and provide a superior experience for our residents.
What You’ll Do (Primary Responsibilities)
Sales & Tours: Assist in the full leasing lifecycle by greeting prospective residents, conducting property tours, and showcasing community amenities and floor plans.
