The ACH Operations Specialist II will perform functions to support the electronic banking transaction processing of Automatic Clearing House (ACH) payments while adhering to any and all applicable governances including the National ACH Association (NACHA) Rules, interact with clients and personnel from various banking institutions and internal departments to resolve issues in regard to transaction settlement or other inquiries. May be called upon to train and mentor new associates. Handles escalated issues and resolution needs.…
