Essential Functions/Responsibilities: The Retail Collections Specialist I is considered an entry-level, less experienced collector. An individual with this title will focus primarily on making quality collection calls that address the fact finding questions that will assist a collector in telling the story behind the delinquency of an account while working to solve delinquency and make payback arrangements with the client.
