Job Description: This person will be responsible for ongoing quality assurance reviews and user acceptance testing in support of FBT’s National Products Partner programs. Qualifications: This person should have an associate’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills, along with financial services knowledge is essential. A general understanding of banking compliance regulations and experience with Salesforce and SharePoint is preferred. Principal Responsibilities: Perform independent monthly reviews of complex regulatory or risk-based processes using internal and Partner systems for various programs managed by the National Products department.…
