Banner Gateway Medical Center’s Periop department consists of a 30 bed Perianesthesia unit supporting nine operating rooms, interventional radiology, and endoscopy. The OR specializes in oncology, bariatrics, robotics, urology, GYN, orthopedics and general surgery. The Periop department also provides support for Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center patients through IR and endoscopy procedures such as endoscopic bronchoscopy and ultrasound, biopsies and chemoembolization.…
