Job Description Purpose of the role To monitor quality standards and policies and support the implementation of these across all operational processes. To collaborate with control owners to execution Risk Control Self Assessments (RSCA) that measure the effectiveness of controls. Accountabilities Identification of regulatory trends and industry developments that may impact the banks operations. Support the implementation of quality standards and policies by collaborating across all operational teams and processes.
