About this role

Job Description Purpose of the role To drive operational effectiveness and efficiencies to ensure adherence to policy and standards, using different tools to perform risk-based controls testing, tuning and monitoring. Accountabilities Completion of testing to assess the effectiveness of Financial Crime screening applications, and adherence to the relevant Policy and Standards. Participation in projects and initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Identification of industry trends and developments to implement effective screening solutions and ensure Barclays remains in line with peers. Support of Internal, External and/or Regulatory reviews and participate in other initiatives to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.…
