The Dallas office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP is seeking an Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join its Real Estate Practice Group.
Job Requirements:
- Commercial real estate experience with an emphasis on acquisitions, dispositions, and borrower financing of commercial properties.
- Experience nationally in single asset and portfolio transactions, together with attendant financings and various capital stack structures.
- Experience with leasing, development, joint-ventures and renewable energy transactions.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Experience in problem solving and advising clients from inception to closing and in title, survey, and other customary due diligence matters.…
