About this role

Summary The Conferencing and Media Technology Specialist position works closely with other members of Conferencing and Media Learning Spaces (CMLS) and the Department of Information Technology (DoIT) to provide an efficient support structure for the Hollywood Station remote site. This position’s primary function is to provide support for multimedia equipment and distance learning technologies used by students, faculty, and staff at the Hollywood Station site. In addition, he/she acts as a remote presence for all teams within DoIT and is expected to assist in troubleshooting and problem resolutions, which may pertain to IT roles in addition to CMLS.…
