About this role

Deine Aufgaben 1st & 2nd Level Support : Unterstütze unsere Kunden vor Ort und telefonisch bei IT-Problemen. IT-Infrastruktur Betreuung : Sorge für die laufende Betreuung und Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur unserer Kunden – sowohl vor Ort als auch remote. Projektmitarbeit : Arbeite aktiv an spannenden IT-Projekten mit. Problemlösung : Recherchiere eigenständig mögliche Ursachen von Problemen und finde effektive Lösungen. Dokumentation : Halte Supportfälle im Ticketsystem fest und sorge für eine lückenlose Dokumentation. Case Management : Nimm Supportfälle auf, priorisiere und bearbeite sie – vorwiegend per Telefon, Ticketsystem und E-Mail.
