About this role

The role is responsible for providing support to attorneys with various brand-related legal tasks. Assigned support areas may include brand, trademark, federal programs, litigation, legal operations, health care/regulatory law. This position will provide support for the clearance of potential trademarks and assist with all facets of the prosecution and enforcement of the Association's international and domestic trademark portfolios. The job includes researching trademark laws and regulations, responding to client inquiries, and maintaining records. Assist Brand Counsel with enforcing the proprietary rights owned by the Association by investigating, negotiating and resolving trademark and domain name disputes with third parties.…
