Job Description Summary The Legal Counsel serves as a trusted legal advisor to the company's business and operational teams, providing advice on commercial contracting, healthcare regulatory compliance, privacy matters, and legal risk management. This position is responsible for drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts (including pharmaceutical rebate contracts and pharmacy participation agreements), supporting the compliance and privacy programs, obtaining and maintaining state and federal licenses, and partnering with cross-functional teams to develop pragmatic solutions that advance the company's business objectives while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.…
