About this role

We are hiring a Senior Application Support Administrator on the IT Service Management (ITSM) Tools Team at BCBST! In this role, you will help drive the continued expansion and adoption of the ServiceNow platform across the organization. Your primary focus will be designing, developing, and supporting integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems to improve efficiency, automate manual processes, and deliver measurable cost savings.
