The team works collaboratively across our global centers in the planning and delivery of an IT support network that maintains a progressive and technologically agile culture. As our business grows, we have an opportunity for a resilient and customer focused graduate Helpdesk Support to provide IT Support in our Auckland office. Reporting to the Helpdesk Manager b ased in Auckland. You will be primarily responsible for resolving user requests via the phone.
