Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity This opportunity is for a People & Culture Advisor to join People Advice, part of the wider People & Culture team. You will be providing a high level of internal customer service by responding to people-related queries while building the capability of our people leaders, coaching them through employee relations case work and supporting with training sessions, change management processes and projects. You will also work directly alongside People & Culture Business Partners supporting areas of the business on anything people related. We are close-knit shared services People Advice team who are the first point of contact for all P&C generalist queries for the New Zealand and Australian businesses.…
