About this role
職務概要 我們正在尋找一位能結合成本專業與營運視角的關鍵人才。 此職位將深度參與工廠經營管理及供應鏈營運分析，運用精準的數據分析與完善的成本控管機制，為管理層提供關鍵決策依據，推動營運效率提升與持續優化。 主要工作內容 1. 工廠經營管理分析 A. 經營關鍵指標趨勢追蹤，主導經營績效會議，提出重要議題並給予管理決策建議。 B. 工廠費用差異分析、年度預算編製及定期追蹤。 C. 產品料工費成本結構分析與差異檢討，優化成本架構。 2. 供應鏈營運分析 A. 深入分析庫存結構與風險，並提供預警與管理建議。 B. 掌握採購成本與價格趨勢，合理評估關鍵物料類別之價格、交期與供應風險。 3. 成本月結算及例行帳務處理 4. 運用Power BI、RPA或AI等自動化工具，提升作業效率與決策品質，並協助推動營運流程改善與成本優化專案。 必要條件 1. 電子製造業相關成本會計或經營管理 5 年以上經驗 。 2. 大學(含)以上商業及管理相關科系。 3. 具成本分析或管理會計相關經驗。 4. 熟悉ERP/SAP系統與Power BI數據分析工具。 5. 具跨部門溝通與專案推動能力。 加分條件 具Excel VBA或Power Automate RPA相關程式編輯能力。
