The Asset Protection Lead supports the store in achieving shortage reduction and improved profitability. This role leads process improvement and ensures compliance of strategies, procedures, and policies. The Asset Protection Lead embodies the values of the Asset Protection Mission Statement by protecting the company’s profitability, serving as a change agent, and promoting a store culture of teamwork, collaboration, trust, and accountability.
