The Human Resources Associate drives sales and delivers a positive customer experience by providing a best-in-class associate experience for all store associates. This role recruits and engages candidates, assists with onboarding and continued learning, champions associate engagement, and supports scheduling, payroll accuracy, and cash office functions.
