Job Description Summary The Law Department at Bentley University is seeking applicants for a tenure track, full-time position at the rank of Assistant Professor to begin July 1, 2027. While class sizes may vary, Law courses are generally capped at 35 students. The department seeks to acquaint students with the legal consequences of their business decisions, as well as to help them understand the role of law in society beyond the business world. The role requires teaching our undergraduate business law class and, possibly, our graduate course in law, ethics, and social responsibility. We seek candidates who can also add to our strengths in Health Law, Securities Law, and social justice law courses.…
