About this role

What will you be in charge of? We are looking for a talent-driven generalist to own the full people lifecycle — from the moment we decide to hire someone to the moment they walk through the door, and everything that keeps them growing while they're here. You will run end-to-end recruitment, help build a hiring process that works, and gradually shape how we develop our people. You will also be the go-to HR person for our teams. If you thrive on autonomy, like building things from scratch, and want a role that grows with you — this is it. Handle recruitment from intake to offer: job descriptions, sourcing, screening, interviews, and handover.
