About this role
As an IT Officer in BSM, you will provide reliable, secure and user-focused technology support across the organisation. The successful candidate will maintain IT systems, support users, manage hardware and software, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the organisation’s IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Provide first- and second-line IT support to employees, resolving hardware, software, network and access issues. Respond to service desk requests, diagnose faults and manage incidents through to resolution within agreed service levels. Install, configure and maintain computers, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals and other IT equipment.
