Reviews assigned areas on a continuous basis, to ensure work meets the department's quality standards and that work schedules are adhered to. Provides direct feedback and follow-up to staff, as needed. 2. Responds to emergency calls and moves staff, as appropriate. Makes adjustments and changes daily assignments of staff.
