Job Description: What You’ll Do: Responsible for implementing and coordinating all activities relating to the spiritual care aspects of the hospice program. In addition, he/she will act as consultant to the hospice house team in offering a spiritual component to overall case management. Responsible as a member of the interdisciplinary team for the provision of spiritual support to the patient and family in accordance with their desire and belief system while fulfilling hospice policies.
