Under the direction of the Director, Inpatient and Perinatal Services provides 24-hour operational accountability for Nursing Support Services, including the Nursing Float Pool, the Administrative Clinical Supervisors, and Nursing Staffing Office. Collaborates with the Director, and other nursing and interdisciplinary leaders, to develop and oversee a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients and a high performing work environment for all staff. The manager is responsible for all staff related matters, and operating the respective teams within budgetary guidelines, while continuing enhance quality patient care.…
