Position Summary: The position is responsible for leading assigned searches and providing the hiring department/service/organization with high quality physicians and advanced practitioners. The position advises and collaborates with senior management regarding all aspects of recruitment. The Physician Recruiter will develop and manage sourcing strategies and create a solid recruitment process to bring physicians into the organization in an effective and efficient manner.
