Job Title Equipment Operator I - C Pay Rate Min to Mid Range $18.34 - $21.55 Time Type Full time Summary Duties and Responsibilities Operates various types of equipment including, but not limited to, mowers, shredders, fork lifts, sweepers, rollers, and small dump trucks used in construction and maintenance of roadways, drainage structures and parking facilities Assists in patching and paving of County streets and roadways Cuts brush with chain saw, brush cutter and pole saw Picks up and disposes of trash, brush and dead animals Completes service checks, maintenance and minor repairs of various pieces of road equipment Performs various safety related tasks at construction sites, including installation of various types of traffic control devices and directing traffic Fills out daily log of…
