The position of Senior Deputy Constable is a peace officer by the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure and meets qualifications equivalent to those of all other peace officers in the State of Texas, licensed with proficiency and certified by Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officers (TCOLE) Standards and Education as an Intermediate, Advanced or Master Peace Officer.…
