This position is an integral part of the operation and interacts with all other departments within the company to ensure the cleanliness of the Stoughton facility, including all processing equipment, overhead, processing floor, employee facilities, storage facilities, and outside grounds, to meet or exceed pertinent regulatory standards. 3rd shift 10pm - 6:30am Essential Duties •Oversee execution of the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) and ensure timely completion. • Plan sanitation labor according to production schedules and sanitation windows. • Update sanitation SSOPs, work instructions, and cleaning validation documentation.…
