Primary Purpose An Multi-Site Camp Director is responsible for all aspects of planning and executing innovative, kid-centric summer day camp, as well as other seasonal break programs and pop-up childcare events throughout the year. This role involves developing and implementing local marketing initiatives; establishing and building relationships with hundreds of camp families; recruiting, hiring, training and leading seasonal teams, and; overseeing logistics, compliance, operations and inventory management for the programs they manage.
