Summary Job Description: Full Time 36 weekly hours, night shift About the Unit: The House Float Pool consists of seasoned, experienced nurses who can work on any inpatient unit that is in need of additional staffing. The House Float department is also home to the house management staff who allocate staffing resources, provide guidance when issues present and supervise the float staff. Nurses need a minimum of two years recent acute care nursing experience in the hospital setting and be comfortable floating to multiple areas.
