Summary Job Description: BHMG Urgent Care Fern Valley Rd. PRN MA Duties include: check in patients, obtaining vital signs (height, weight, blood pressure, pulse oximetry, temperature) and medication reconciliation, patient medical history information, expediting patient flow, stocking clinic with supplies, navigating electronic health record system (EPIC), checking for prior authorizations and scheduling tests, procedures and consultations. May also perform other procedures such as EKG, phlebotomy, lab tests and injections.
