Summary Job Description: Mental Health Tech - Intensive Outpatient Program Full-Time 8a - 4:30p The Mental Health Technician (MHT) provides direct patient support to individuals receiving services in the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) by monitoring patient status, reinforcing therapeutic interventions and assisting with structured program activities. The MHT functions as a non-licensed, paraprofessional member of the multidisciplinary team, supporting implementation of individualized treatment plans and maintaining a safe, structured therapeutic environment.
